What’s the AARP Employer Pledge?

The AARP Employer Pledge Program is a nationwide group of over 1000 employers that stand with AARP in affirming the value of experienced workers and are committed to developing diverse organizations.  Employers who sign the pledge access a suite of program benefits and can use the AARP Employer Pledge Signer seal on recruitment materials and websites.
